What are your customer service opening times?

Our opening hours are:

Monday: 9:00 – 17:00
Tuesday: 9:00 – 17:00
Wednesday: 9:00 – 17:00
Thursday: 9:00 – 17:00
Friday: 9:00 – 16:00
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

I have a website error.

Please log out of the site and then attempt to log back in, if there is still an error please contact our customer support team by email at info@enzbondlimited.co.uk . If possible, please have details of the error you are experiencing – including any error messages and we will do our best to find a solution as soon as possible.

Can I speak to someone about my order?

Absolutely! But first, don’t forget – you can track your order to see the latest delivery progress. If you still need help, you can contact our customer support team to speak with a member of the team.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

You can find out if we deliver your product to your postcode, by inputting your postcode when you select the product. There may be some areas that we don’t deliver to e.g. Channel Islands or BFPO addresses, whilst some other may not have next day or time delivery slots.

Are there any reasons why you cannot deliver?

Unfortunately, there will be times when we’re unable to deliver or install a product if it’s unsafe for our trained engineers to do so. In this unlikely event:

  • We’ll tell you why.
  • We’ll let you know if any remedial work is needed for us to install your product.
  • We’ll reschedule the visit if possible.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

Yes, in fact anyone who lives at your address will do! We do require someone over the age of 18 to sign for delivery of large items, and there are different options available for small item delivery, depending on courier.
Our courier partners will provide you with options when they send your tracking text, one of which is to leave in a safe place.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Sorry about that. Our most up to date information is on the website, so use this to check availability. With certain items, you may be able to place your order, we will update you after 7 days if the order has not already been sent to you. You can also select to be emailed when the product is back in stock.
